Hey Burger,

No rush, mon ami! My mom can get a little excited sometimes, nothing new. She just thinks you’re the- how do you say it? The “Cat’s Meow”? I think that’s the expression. She loves your videos and photos. They really make her laugh out loud and she’s always remarking about how cute she thinks you are. It’s starting to make me a little jealous, you know? But I digress. Just thought I’d tell you what was up. Now I gotta scram before momma sees me on the computer and thinks I’m up to no good (again)!

Good idea! I’ll have to get my lazy parents on that. It’s not like they’re busy or anything. Besides, I’d love to virtually meet all of my fans – even if some of them are of the cat variety.

I have to ditto on the shower water…but make the ‘rents run you some “fresh” water instead of just going after what is left over. If you go stand at the open door and look pitiful that should work. If you can’t get their attention that way, try hacking up a fur ball and they will RUN to get the shower going.

Now I must somehow convince my mom that I am worthy of silk pillowcases!

Great idea! I love licking my dad’s sweaty legs when he gets home from a run (salty!!!) but he usually doesn’t let me indulge for too long. Shower water sounds like the next best thing…

If only I were lying next to you, Burger my sweet! You look more appealing than a new bag of Happy Hips treats.

However, I must tell you you really ought to try drinking shower water one of these days. If you can’t get in the tub, then licking your parents’ legs as soon as they get out will do. They started putting an extra bowl of water in the bathroom for me, but that’s like putting a cracker in the corner when I could have a big juicy steak right in front of me. Shower water is the new toilet water, trust me.
