All Downhill From Here

- Date: sometime last year
- Location: the den
- I’m feeling: lazy
So lazy, in fact, that I don’t seem to mind that I have slipped down off my pillow face first, with my hind legs about 6″ higher than my head. Don’t worry, I’ll reposition myself later. After this nap…

I hear you man. Being of the kitty persuasion, my folks don’t understand that what looks to them like an uncomfortable position is just right for maximum napping enjoyment.
Is that a pink pig taking a nap with you Burger? I prefer my stuffed mouse or catnip cigar but almost always have something close by.
That’s my pink bunny! I got her from my grandma last Easter. Life is good when you’re pampered like me.

Yes, being a spoiled and pampered ‘baby’ is the best kind. The ‘rents have a nice, warm sunroom that I snooze in every day, especially since they have put a couple of snuggly blankets in there for me to cuddle up in. Stay cool, Burger.
This is too funny!!! I think Burger and my Olver would get along very well!!! Does Burger have a Snuggie??
I don’t have a Snuggie but any old blanket will do. I love to burrow under everything, especially a pile of warm clothes fresh out of the dryer. Mmmm, heaven.
Wow, that’s quite a sneer you’ve got going there, Burger. I guess napping is serious business that demands respect, eh?
I’m surprised how calm you are in this photo. I would think it’d be hard to nap when you’re trapped in a shirt like that!
This is true. The photo was actually snapped before I was a pro at escaping the evil clutches of shirts like these, so I was forced to grin and bear it, or in my case: sleep it off. A shirt like that would never stay on for long these days…

Burger you look so big in this picture….thats funny.
