Ok one more time for the people in the back. If you put me in a t-shirt I WILL get out of it. It usually starts with slipping one leg out of it ever so stealthily and then scratching like a madman until I’m free. Sometimes there are a few backrolls involved in what I have aptly named “the liberation of Burger.”
And that my friends is how it’s done. Ladies, please no autographs.

I’m gonna say: not true. Well, I actually don’t remember life before I came to live with my parents (at two months old) but my fur was pretty much the same color and pattern that it is today. So unless in the first few days of my life I was a brunette and it all fell out and came back tan I think it sounds like an old wive’s tale to me. Good question. Why do dogs hate cats? Why do dogs chase squirrels? Instinct! Or maybe I’m just not that into fashion. You know how some guys aren’t into cars or sports, I’m just not into sweaters. But to each his own! Glad you enjoy them. They can be kind of cozy once in a while…
I never do it in front of the humans (don’t want to hurt their feelings), but I too always manage to remove my sweaters (even the tight one) if Mom leaves it on me while they’re gone and I’m alone in the house. Thanks for the tips, I will try your methods next time and see if I can improve my liberation time. I must say, they do keep me warm outside on those cold days, but once I’m inside and snuggled up to the baseboard heater, I don’t need it any more!

quick question for you burger…is it true that all Chihuahua’s are born with black fur and it turns blonde as they get older?? Someone told me this, but i find it hard to believe. Your thoughts?
