Yo Quiero Taco Bell

- Date: August road trip
- Location: mom and dad’s Maxima
- I’m feeling: ravenous
True to chihuahua lore, I go crazy for mexican food. Especially the good stuff like Taco Bell nachos. Olé! What do you fellow four-leggers love? Is there any specific people food that gets your motor running?

I am a 3 yo Wheaten and I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Gummi Bears.
You should see me trying to eat them though….looks like I have peanutbutter stuck to the roof of my snout!
I used to have to scrounge for my food when I was an orphan, but now my peeps give me the occasional treat. My favorites are Arby’s Roast Beef sandwiches and Chik-fil-a nuggets. And I got a piece of Krispy Kreme donut the other night and that was pretty good, but not nearly as good as the meat. We felines are all about the meat.
Pretty much anything Mom is eating is high on our list of most yummy things. French fries and pizza bones (crust) make Seamus quiver with anticipation and roll his eyes at Mom when she says “too hot”. Piper eats anything she can get in her mouth, whether or not it’s actually food or anything resembling food. Even rotted peanuts and dried up leaves she finds in the yard will do.
Hi there! I’m a 4 year old Golden Retriever. I love, love, love just about anything Mom & Dad will give me. Especially: pizza crust, green peppers, cheese, and french fries. My favorite is probably when I order whipped cream from the nice people at the Starbucks drive thru! Yumm!
Lucy’s very favorite thing is Kraft mac and cheese. She even knows what pan it is cooked in and starts getting excited as soon as she sees it on the stove.
Mmmm, you guys are making me hungry! We should all plan to forage some food from our parents and meet up at a dog park to share our spoils. The only problem with that plan is that I might eat everything on the way and arrive empty handed…
I’m a 3 year old corgi… I will try anything! I’ve been know to try things from jalapeños to the full range of meats. I prefer the meats over veggies, but if it falls on the floor, it’s mine!! My mom and dad are having a baby soon, and I’m looking forward to lots of food on the floor when she starts solid foods!!! woo hoo!!
It’s all about scrambled eggs and french fries! I like to leave puddles of drool on the floor to let my parents know just how much I love both of those things…
Our pit bull, Maisey, goes nuts for raw vegetables, especially broccoli and carrots. If she’s feeling fancy, she might nom an apple.
My name is Ralphie and I’m a 3-year-old red dapple dauchsand. One time my parents got side tracked and left a McChicken on the floor (in the bag, in the wrapper) and I decided they meant for it to be for me. So I carefully shredded the bag and the wrapper and ate it.
In the event that my parents might feel like I stole from them, I left them the bun and the lettuce. See, I’m not THAT greedy! I just like a McChicken every now and again…it runs in the family.
I do not, however, like cabbage…but I will steal it and take it to my rug if it lands on the floor!
My name is Arwen, and my guilty pleasure is Sunday brunch. I’m not supposed to have people food, (I’m on prescription food, yuck!) but Dad always makes me a small plain omelette as a treat!
Hi! I’m an almost-four-year-old beagle/dachshund. I’m a petite girl, so my tummy can’t hold much, but I love, love, LOVE peanut butter. I can be fast asleep and the delicious smell all the way from the kitchen gets me every time.
Hi! I’m Shalai (pronounced Sha-LAY, please don’t ask me why my ‘rents decided to spell my name some crazy way that no one can pronounce), and I’m a two year old English Springer Spaniel. Mom and Dad don’t let me eat any table scraps or even anything they drop on the kitchen floor.
BUT, I manage to sneak some goodies…like 2 slices of mocha cheesecake, a pound and a half of trail mix and some doritos they left too close to the edge of the counter.

Our cat LOVES bananas. No clue why. Soon as you snap one off the bunch…she’s running into the kitching meowing up a storm and begging for a piece.
